30-Day Return Policy

We offer a 30-day return policy on all unopened and unused PVC fence products. The 30-day period begins from the date of delivery.

Condition of Returns

Products must be in their original packaging, unopened, and in resalable condition. Any products that have been installed or show signs of use are not eligible for return.

Refund Process

Upon receipt and inspection of the returned product, we will process your refund within 5-7 business days. The refund will be issued to the original payment method.

Refund Amount

You will receive a full refund of the product price, minus the original shipping costs. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

Damaged or Defective Products

If you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact our customer service within 48 hours of delivery. We will arrange for a replacement or full refund, including shipping costs.

Custom Orders

Custom-cut or specially ordered PVC fence products are not eligible for return unless they arrive damaged or defective.

Cancellations

Orders can be cancelled for a full refund if the cancellation is made before the product has shipped. Once shipped, our standard return policy applies.

How to Initiate a Return

To initiate a return, please contact our customer service department at BFAndRepaircontact@gmail.com. You will be provided with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and return instructions.

Exceptions

We reserve the right to deny returns or refunds that do not meet the above criteria. Any exceptions will be at the discretion of management.
